Event Details

It's time to Country it up in beautiful Jasper National Park!  This event will combine a day-long Two-Step workshop for Beginners with a social dance in the evening to put what you learned into practice.  We're fortunate to welcome the passionate and talented Amy Wesolowsky and Claire Hobson of Edson to instruct this workshop.

Participants may register as either a lead or a follow.  We will try to address any imbalance in leads and follows in advance of the event, but it is possible you may be asked to practice the moves without a partner once in a while as we rotate through during the workshop.

Registration for the event is below.  Early bird prices ($10 off!) are available for the first 10 registrants - make sure you get yours before they run out!  General registration will close 11:30pm on Friday, November 3rd, but participants may still register the day of the workshop between 9:30am and 10:00am (at a cost of $40).

If you're not able to join us for the workshop during the day, but would like to take advantage of the Intro to West Coast Swing class and/or the social dance Saturday evening, they are $10 per person.

Chad Krayenhoff

I've been dancing many different dance styles for the last 17 years.  Over the last few years, I've come to focus on the amazing potential (creative, emotional, social) of Fusion dancing with the encouragement of the Novablues dance community in Edmonton.  Living and teaching in Jasper, I look forward to continue exploring dance and introducing its many wonders to others.
