Event description
How do you see the world? How does the world see you? This free webinar is all about why understanding unconscious bias is so imperative.

About this Event

Unconscious bias is an implicit attitude, stereotype, motivation or assumption that can occur without one’s knowledge, control or intention. Biases are a result of life perceptions and assumptions germinating from shortcuts formed by our brain based on life experiences, culture and other external influences.

In this workshop, we will examine how unconscious bias results in subtle forms of prejudice that impact our decisions in fostering inclusive communities and workplaces. We will also identify strategies for reducing unconscious bias.

If you are interested in recognizing or overcoming unconscious bias then this FREE online workshop is for you.

Please Note: Webinar sign-on instructions will be emailed to registrants prior to the date of the workshop.
