About this Event

This is a practical and informative seminar for anyone interested in learning more about anxiety and depression.

This seminar aims to help you understand the symptoms of anxiety and depression and maintaining factors that can perpetuate these symptoms. Come and find out about some strategies that can help anxiety and low mood. Information about resources for those wanting further help or support will also be provided.

The event is presented and run by Dr. Shona Adams, a registered Clinical Counsellor, and Robert Hall, a Masters in Counselling Practicum Student, both based at SFU Health and Counselling Services.

This seminar is FREE to attend, and is open to students, staff and faculty.
