This session is organized by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in partnership with Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Comox Economic Development Society, and Small Scale Food Processors Association.

Speakers:

Whether it’s dealing with minor complaints or managing a major recall, making sure you have a great working relationship with the CFIA paves the way for operational excellence. CFIA staff will be on hand to teach you how to build a great working relationship with your inspector, preparing for an inspection, recall procedures that you need to have in place and much more.

As well, this session will cover the new Label Requirements and Regulations.

At this session you will learn how to:

  • Expand your knowledge on services provided by CFIA
  • Increase your awareness of the tools and information available online
