The foundation of personal and professional success lies in understanding oneself, understanding others, and realizing the impact our personalities have on others. DiSC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance) is a multi-purpose behaviour instrument that helps individuals assess to what degree they use each dimension of behaviour, in any given situation. You will identify your own style, participate in individual and group activities and learn how to quickly adapt your communication approach based on your audience and appreciate the unique strengths and differences of others. As a result, you will become a more agile and effective leader, communicator, and team member. You will also gain key strategies to create highly effective interpersonal relationships at work and at home. This fun and interactive workshop incorporates an opportunity to:

  • Gain increased self-awareness
  • Build bridges between people and develop rewarding relationships
  • Develop strategies for dealing with conflict
  • Understand yourself and others better
  • Improve communication and leadership effectiveness
  • Learn effective ways of dealing with challenging situations
  • Mold your communication style to meet the needs of others
