Join us for an unforgettable evening of the latest fashions for Fall and Winter 2019/2020!

This professionally produced runway show features gorgeous fashions from Oakville’s Tocca Finita and M for Men. The evening includes professional models, live and silent auctions, hors d'oeuvres, and a three-course dinner with wine. This highly popular charity event sells out, so buy your tickets early to avoid disappointment. Seating placement is on a first-come, first-paid basis

Net proceeds will be directed to Acclaim Health's new state-of-the-art Dementia Care Centre serving Halton Region and other May Court supported charities & programs. Learn how May Court impacts Halton based charities and programs at www.maycourt.ca.

FAQs

What can I bring into the event?

It can be helpful to bring cash to this fundraiser. A few fundraising activities accept only cash to participate. $20 cash is usually sufficient. Cash is also helpful in terms of processing silent auction payments faster, but credit cards will be accepted for most fundraising activities. Wine is included with dinner, but there will be a cash bar for drinks before dinner.

I have food allergies. Who do I tell?

We offer Chicken and a Vegetarian meal choice at the time of ticket purchase. The vegetarian option is also vegan. Any other dietary concerns and allergies requests should be addressed with your server the night of the event. Thank you.

I'd like to purchase tickets for friends in advance but don't know who will be attending at this time?

If you don't know the names of those you wish to join you at this time, please purchase Main Entree (Chicken) tickets and email us later with the names and confirm their main meal selection of chicken or vegetarian to mcfashionshow2019@gmail.com prior to September 26, 2019. Without this information in advance, your guests will have to check in under your name and they will receive the main entre selection of Chicken for their dinner. Food allergies may be addressed the night of the event with your server.

I would like to sit with my friends. Or I would like to purchase tickets on behalf of others.

You may also request to sit with other ticket holders and purchase tickets for others. Both of these requests can be found just before the payment button when you purchase your tickets. Please list the name so those you wish to sit with or the names of those you are buying tickets for & sit with. We cannot guarantee all requests to sit together, but we do our best. Individual ticket holder names will be listed on a registered guest list & seating chart at the event. It's important we receive all names when purchasing tickets for others. If you missed the opportunity to list the names of who you wish to sit with or buy tickets for, please email us at mcfashionshow2019@gmail.com as soon as possible, prior to September 26th.

What's the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any purchased tickets. You may give your ticket to another person. Please contact us with any name changes to update our registration list in advance

Do I have to bring a printed ticket to the event?

No. We will have a registered guest list when you check in. Please notify us if you have any changes to names. mcfashionshow2019@gmail.com

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

The names of the registration must match, however you may easily change the name in advance. Please contact us at mcfashionshow2019@gmail.com
