Description
Unleashed, powered by the Centre for Social Enterprise Development (CSED), is a one-day conference designed to bring thinkers, disrupters, and doers together to learn and to share their knowledge and insights around the growing social enterprise landscape. This year, we are excited to bring the event back, and showcase the incredible work of the sector while helping to define the different roles that can be played in growing social enterprise in Ottawa.
This year’s event will feature keynote speakers, workshops, and panels around 4 major themes: Money, Markets, People, and Ideas. In addition to these sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to browse through our Social Enterprise Marketplace, where they’ll not only have the chance to meet the social entrepreneurs and practitioners behind 18 local social enterprises, but also purchase directly from them.
On the morning of the event, there will be an Executive Director and Board Chair Breakfast, made possible by United Way Ottawa, for the EDs and Board Chairs of nonprofits and charities. If you fit this description, you can either purchase tickets to both the breakfast and full day conference, the conference only, or the breakfast only (see ticket descriptions for more details).
Ottawa's social enterprise sector is growing, be a part of it.
