About this event
As an artist we use the physical body as an instrument to facilitate the creative process. This looks different for each individual. The instrument (body) must be fine-tuned in order to receive clear direction.
Join Pattie as she guides you through a basic physical warm up which you can use and/or adapt for your own practice. We will also explore creative exercises that will get you out of your intellect and into your body. Journaling, self-refection and group discussion will be incorporated through the day.
This workshop is for all artists. Please bring comfortable clothing and a journal.
