Unplugged: Scaling Tech Companies in the Cloud
Vancouver is one of the fastest growing hubs for Cloud and Big Data. With a strong roster of cloud-based startups calling British Columbia ‘home,’ our province is set to capitalize on the continued growth of the Cloud.
On November 20th, join local entrepreneurs and members of the tech community as the BCTIA and Microsoft team up to present a special breakfast event, Unplugged: Scaling Tech Companies in the Cloud, a showcase of cloud-based tech companies, and a discussion of trends in Cloud, Big Data and Machine Learning.
The event will feature an introduction from the Honorable Amrik Virk, BC’s Minister of Technology Innovation and Citizen Services, and focus on ways in which the industry can come together to further fuel the accelerated growth of cloud-based tech companies in Vancouver/BC.

What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. We encourage you to pass your ticket along to someone else in the event that you are unable to attend. See FAQ below on how to make changes to your registration.
Can I make changes to my registration?
Yes. Simply follow the instructions in your confirmation email to log in to your Eventbrite account. Click here for step-by-step instructions. Or, please email events@bctia.org with your change request.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. In fact, we'd prefer you saved a tree and didn't print your ticket! Please display your e-ticket on your smartphone for scanning, or provide your name to our registration attendants.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Hub is conveniently located 7 minutes by foot from VCC-Clark SkyTrain station. There is ample free parking on the street, as well as two visitor parking lots that are available for an hourly rate.
