Now in its 3rd year, the Unshaven Mavens are kicking things off with a fun night out. Support a great cause and join us for music, drinks, live entertainment and of course more puns than you can shake a dull razor at.

We've partnered up with amazing people and local businesses that have donated their time and great raffle prizes you won't want to miss out on. Your $5 entry gets you in the door and also gets you one raffle ticket. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased for $1 each.

FIRST 50 PEOPLE THROUGH THE DOOR GET AN EXTRA RAFFLE TICKET!

FIRST 20 MAVENS TO REGISTER GET A TERRA20 SWAG BAG!

Our MC, Eddy Earwigg, will keep us in stitches as Beau's Lug Tread flows from the taps. Zen Kitchen's assortment of delectible goodies will keep your bellies happy while your gaze is locked on Zara "VJ Ina" Ansar's mesmerizing artistic video projections.

House of Barons will be on hand to provide styling and shaving while Kate & Suz will be capturing candid moments with their Live Polaroid. Don't forget to smile for the camera. The Jackpine "Paparazzi" crew will be filming and photographing the night's festivities.

A table will be setup to register individuals and teams who are brave enough to join the campaign. So start thinking of your team names. There were some pretty clever ones last year!

Follow us on Twitter (#pitsfortits) and Facebook as we'll be sharing raffle prize details and updates about the event.

Looking forward to seeing new and returning Mavens & Mavericks!

Organizer

Unshaven Mavens

The Unshaven Mavens is a group of women who grow their underarm hair for the entire month of October and raise funds in support of Rethink Breast Cancer, a Canadian breast cancer charity that brings bold, relevant awareness to the under-40 crowd. The mission of the Unshaven Mavens campaign is to increase awareness of early detection of breast cancer in the underarm area, not just the breast.

Unshaven Mavens was founded by Malorie Bertrand & Amie Beausoleil in 2011.
