This is a collaborated workshop between Janice Mullins of Balance Your Life Yoga Therapy and Chris Gurniak of Sound Living; for stress release.
Together with the tools of yoga therapy and sound therapy they will help you to release the effects of stress, physically, physiologically, emotionally, and mentally.

Yoga mat is recommended for this event Bring your own or borrow one from Balance Your Life Yoga Therapy studio. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
