Unwind and Wake-Up with Hatha Flow Yoga. Treat yourself to a stimulating and balanced mind-body workout as you breathe deeply and move your body through a slow and steady flow of poses. Hatha Flow Yoga gives your heart and lungs a great workout while strengthening and stretching the rest of your body to increase flexibility and endurance.

Classes include individual instruction, modifications and hands-on assists

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Free parking lot, on location.

We are located very close to the Portland Hills bus terminal.

What should I bring to class?

Bring your own yoga mat and water.

Dress comfortably, in general, stretchy clothing such as yoga pants or tights, tank top or t shirt is best

Bring your own props if you like, or use our bolsters, blocks and straps
