Talent Has No Boundaries: Private Sector Looks to Syrian Refugees for Labour Market Needs

The quest for top talent to respond to labour market needs and fill labour market gaps is a challenge many employers face. Finding innovative HR solutions is key. Linking the global market to top refugee talent provides employers with a new talent pipeline that meets business needs, and strengthens private sector engagement in the global refugee crisis.

In this webinar, Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) and the Construction Foundation of British Columbia (CFBC) will share with us their unique partnership model and why it works. TBB is an American nonprofit organization that develops safe and legal pathways for refugees to access international employment opportunities, and the Construction Foundation of British Columbia is an industry charity specializing on skills and good practices that work for the construction industry. The CFBC is the charitable arm of the British Columbia Construction Association which represents approximately 2000 construction firms throughout B.C. and is a leader in connecting talent to opportunity.

Watch this free webinar to learn about:

  • Innovative HR solutions to the growing labour market and skills shortage
  • Successful private-public partnerships that work and are replicable
  • Practical tips, tools and ideas on investing in refugee talent
