Exciting Event Update: We now have the opportunity to offer this event for free to IRCC funded organizations! If you've already registered, AAISA is in the process of refunding tickets, and we will register you again for this event.
About the Workshop:
In this practical and interactive workshop, we will explore the nature and value of professionalism and ethics as the keys to enhancing one's own professional status while also enhancing the status of their colleagues and fellow team members. This two-day training will help you acquire a deeper understanding of the nature and value of professionalism and ethics, and inspire you to attain the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in your own work. You will also learn how to better support your employees by taking the steps necessary for building a high trust-based culture of professionalism in your organization; encouraging values of integrity, respect, accountability, cooperation, and open communication.
Upon completion of this 2-day workshop participants will:
- Gain insights into maintaining a professional and ethical workplace environment.
- Acquire a thorough understanding and appreciation of the new Settlement Practioner Code of Ethics and its implications for front-line settlement professionals.
