Event description

Description

Iosko Assenov is a 31-year-old visible minority man who immigrated and assimilated in Canada with his family. Iosko has over 10,000 hours of community service, and was nominated for an Outstanding Leadership with Youth award, and featured on CTV for his involvement with giving back to the Kitchener-Waterloo Community. His biggest passion comes from inspiring young people to be their best, coaching sports, putting together tournaments, and working as a Public servant to support the most vulnerable in our society.

On August 18th, Iosko will be speaking about what it means to be bold and have Integrity - as he states “being a true leader starts with being true to yourself at all costs”. He will share his inspirational story, his trials and tribulations, and educate us about what it means to take a stand for what you believe in, work towards reaching your goals, overcome adversity, and inspire others to make social changes.
