About the Course

Imagine living without stress and tension – a life free from worry, anxiety and the many daily problems these negative states of mind create. On this course we will look at how meditation can reduce and gradually overcome our experience of stress altogether, and enable us to be more relaxed, peaceful and positive in daily life.

Through training in skilful techniques derived from ancient Buddhist wisdom, we can learn to face life’s adversities with a happy heart, learn how to deal with ‘difficult people’ without getting angry, and transform hardships into opportunities for spiritual growth.




About the Teacher

Sandra Lewis has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism for several years. She is known for her insightful and kind-hearted approach to teaching Buddhist meditation and uses her experience of integrating dharma into daily life to present the teachings in a practical and inspirational way.




Cost & Booking

$25 | Free for Members

The course will consist of two sessions with a half hour break. Each session will include guided meditation, a talk and a chance to ask questions. Everyone is welcome.
