Event description
A half-day session to learn how to use a risk register to aid in project risk management.

About this event

A risk register is the most important risk management tool. It helps a project manager through the risk management processes by collecting critical risk information including the identified risks, the results of a quantitative and/or qualitative risk analysis, and the project's planned risk response approach. It also helps in the monitoring and controlling of risks. Unfortunately, most construction project managers are not familiar with the proper use of this critical tool.

During this half-day workshop, learn about the proper design design and use of a risk register in construction projects.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Identify risks and their impact on project success
  • Prepare a complete risk register
  • Use a risk register to monitor and control project risks

This course will be delivered in one half-day session (3:00pm to 6:30pm Eastern time) on November 12, 2021.

This workshop is for anyone looking to better manage construction project risks.
