Overview

This six-session course will introduce clergy and faith leaders to Bowen Family Systems Theory and its applications.

Our communities of faith embody the gift of connecting with others as we journey in faith. Faith communities are emotional systems where dynamics under the surface can both enhance and disrupt the harmony we find within them. Family Systems Theory (as developed by Dr. M Bowen) can help us think through these dynamics and learn more about how we as faith leaders can function our best.
