Usui Reiki Level 1 Training & Certification

The first degree is an initiation into opening the energy channels, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal divine energy. Students are encouraged to focus on practicing Reiki as self-treatment therefore working through their own obstacles. The first degree includes the history of Reiki and Dr. Mikao Usui, basic knowledge of the chakras, various energy clearing techniques, scientific studies and healing techniques for yourself & others. Meditation is also introduced as a practice.
