About this Event

#DSCUWindsor is thrilled help kick off the first UWindsor ESports LAN Tournament. Made possible by our sponsors at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Science and Office of Student Experience, we're building the ESports community here at UWindsor as one of our many community projects, inspired by the upcoming release of Google Stadia!

Come out to EZY Mode Gaming Lounge (943 Ottawa St.) on Saturday, November 16th for a chance at over $1000 in prizes. There will be tournaments for Smash Bros. Ultimate, League of Legends and Rocket League in addition to plenty of casual activities like board games and more FREE food for all attendees! All you need to bring is yourself (and maybe your controller). This event is open to EVERYONE from the University of Windsor and local high schools regardless of skill level - and it's 100% FREE to attend.

Thinking of competing? Register individually and team up at the event OR register with your friends and come as a team to prove you are the ultimate League of Legends: 5 v 5, Rocket League: 2 v 2, or Smash: 1 v 1 champion!

Not a competitive gamer? Join us for plenty of casual activities featuring Mario Kart, board games, free food, and more! Don't wait - spots are limited!

When? The event will begin at 9AM and continue until 8PM at the latest. We're going to allow tournament play to continue until it finishes naturally - so we may finish slightly earlier. As mentioned, competing teams will be eligible to win prizes (prizes have been set up so that team members can each get an equal cut).
