Cozy up with your date beside a stunning koi-filled pond, dine with elegance in our glorious greenhouse, and take a spin across our dance floor under the star-filled night sky, all while surrounded by a warm, glass-enclosed splendour.

Your Aquatopia Valentine Evening dining experience will begin by sipping cocktails accompanied by mouth watering passed hors d'oeuvres while our atrium is transformed into a 1950's jazz lounge. Travel back in time where bright eyes starlets sing the blues. Let the lush vintage vocals of Dora D'Light transport you to a world of romance where all your cares can be danced away.

Next you will enter our stunning greenhouse surrounded by the natural beauty of our lush, green tropical paradise.

Our executive Chef Reshad and his team will be your exclusive culinary artists for the evening while our events team will delight you with a special curated gourmet service. Relax and entertain your Valentine with grace & style.

The menu for the evening is as followed:

First Course

Japanese-style shucked oysters

Second Course

Beet ceviche, herbed goat cheese

Main (your choice of)

Bison tenderloin, shiitake mushroom gnocchi

Or

Seared sea bass, Lemon-herbed risotto

Or

Vegan Cannelloni, roasted sweet potato (vegan)

Fourth Course

Red Velvet cheesecake

A wine pairing experience is available with your meal at an additional cost. Cash bar will be available too.

After dinner dance the night away with your sweet heart under the moonlit night sky, surrounded by the region’s most renowned indoor water gardens.
