Chef Levi Biddlecombe from Why Not will be demonstrating how to make a fun, delicious 2-course meal served with a dessert from local bakery Choccorant.

With 10 of experience in the industry, Chef Levi Biddlecombe has many accomplishments under his belt. A few of these accomplishments include appearances on Chopped Canada 2016, in Gold Metal Plates (now known as Canada's Great Kitchen Party) 2017, and Canada's Great Kitchen Party 2018 & 2019! Levi had owned his own Food Truck, Attila the HUNgry – which was awarded People’s Choice Best Food Truck in Edmonton in 2015. Attila the HUNgry had also served Edmonton the award-winning dish, Duck Tots: Ranked #27 of the top 100 in Edmonton.

Chef Levi has also worked in many great kitchens; including Zinc at the AGA – Under Head Chef Dave Omar, Le Beaujolais (4 Diamond Restaurant in Banff, Alberta), and Packrat Louie as Executive Chef.

We have 2 options for this event

Option #1: Valentines Virtual Cooking Tour with Chef Levi will include: ($125 for 2 guests)

• An hour and a half virtual cooking tour through zoom with Chef Levi​ Biddlecombe
• A Chef Kit with all the raw ingredients to curate this 2-course meal accompanied with a dessert pairing. Delivery is included.
• Appetizer: Bacon fried rice with Honey Lime Aioli.
• Vegetarian option: Egg fried rice with Honey Lime Aioli
• Main: Crispy roasted teriyaki chicken thighs with sweet miso e, served with ginger butter grated cauliflower and cashew.
• Vegetarian option: Teriyaki roasted portobello mushrooms with sweet miso eggplant, ginger butter grated cauliflower and cashew.
• Dessert: Delicious matcha dessert croissant from Choccorant.
• Everything will be delivered to your door before the event contactless free.

Minimum order of 2 people.

Additional guests costs $62.50

Wine pairing is available for add-on.
