Event Details

Partnerships are increasingly becoming a cornerstone of corporate values, strategic priorities, and eligibility for funding and grants.

Yet many organizations don’t have a partnership strategy. Leaders continue to invest resources without knowing the exact purpose or the expected returns. They lack processes and tools to assess, track, monitor, and review the value of partnerships.

What are the key questions you should be asking to decide whether to “kick it or keep it” – so you can maximize your resources and minimize the workload?

Date: November 17, 2014
Time: 1 - 2 pm (EST)

In this webinar you will learn:

  • How to start and complete an expedited audit of existing partnerships
  • How to assess the value of prospective partnerships

This is not a webinar about program evaluation. This is a pragmatic approach to help leaders decide quickly which partnerships they should keep, or not.

This is the third webinar in the series. Watch part 1 here and part 2 here.
