About this event

Values, Wishes, and Who and What Matter Most: A Willow Workshop

plus Willow EOL Educator™ Program Q&A

Based on two tools from Willow’s holistic and pragmatic workbook, 7 Tools for Making Sense of Life & Death, Values, Wishes and Who and What Matter Most will guide you to explore the reality of your mortality in a fun and interactive workshop. Making sense of life and death before making practical arrangements will ensure that your end-of-life planning reflects your values and priorities.

Whether you have days or decades left to live, thinking about and preparing for your death will inspire you to live your best life now. This will be an interactive session, with some activities in small groups and pairs.

After experiencing a taste of Willow’s heart-centered end-of-life planning in action, you may want to know how you can do this kind of work in your community, or integrate this work into your practice. The last 30 minutes will be dedicated to helping you choose whether the Willow EOL Educator™ Program is right for you.

Come prepared by exploring the Willow EOL Educator™ Program web pages.

In this workshop you will:

  • Articulate your core values and how they impact your living and dying.
  • Gain some clarity about who and what matter most.
  • Become inspired to get into action around how to live and die well.
  • Determine if the Willow EOL Educator™ Program is right for you.
