ABOUT THE SHOW:
This year’s story is entitled, “On a Winter’s Pond”. The story begins with two men who want to escape the noise and busyness of Christmas by retreating to a quiet and secluded frozen pond in the woods to go ice fishing. Unfortunately for them, a small crowd begins to gather, ruining their idea of a perfect Christmas Eve. As their hopes begin to wane, so does their patience. Inevitably, conflict begins to arise, leading to friction and heated words that not even ice can cool down.
The Christmas message is introduced in one of the most unique settings that our stage has ever seen, with creative moments never witnessed before. Whether you are a newcomer to “the Tree”, or have been a long-time guest, we hope that this year’s story will give you fresh hope, comfort and joy in a very meaningful and inspiring way. Thanks for joining us!
