The Bayview Village Association (BVA) is sponsoring a local COVID-19 vaccination clinic for people 12 years or older (born in 2009 or earlier) who are eligible to receive their 1st, 2nd or booster dose.
To receive your shot at our BVA clinic, please register using this event, and then you will receive a link to the North York General Hospital vaccine portal to book your appointment time. Please book your appointment as soon as possible after receiving the booking link, as doses are limited. To book your appointment you will need your health card number and other personal information.
Eligibility guidelines change frequently, so please check if you are eligible for a shot prior to booking your appointment. As of December 1, these are some of the general eligibility guidelines (check the provincial website for more detailed guidelines):
1st and 2nd shots: Anyone born in 2009 or earlier (children 5-11 years are eligible for a vaccine, HOWEVER, our BVA clinic will be providing shots only to children 12 years or older)
3rd /booster shot: Anyone 70 years or older; healthcare workers; anyone who received 2 doses of AstraZeneca, First Nations, Inuit, and Metis, Immunosuppressed
Flu Vaccine: We are also offering free flu vaccines for anyone 12 years or older on a "first come, first served" basis. You do not require a booking time for your flu vaccine. Please note that the high dose flu vaccine is not available
