VECTOR COVID 19 RESEARCH COLLABORATION
In response to the COVID 19 pandemic, the Vector Institute is rapidly assembling partners in government and industry to support an applied research effort aimed at 1) personalised acute care risk prediction, and 2) population-level transmission risk prediction. In parallel, we are working with legal/academic collaborators to form a privacy-compliant data sharing and governance framework to bring together multiple sources of health data to fuel AI model development. The goal is to create evidence-based tools to inform the response to this and future pandemics.
We have modified our topics for the upcoming ESS sessions to bring you news about Vector's research response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Details will be updated on the Eventbrite registration page as they are confirmed.
