About this event

On Thursday, September 16, VFS invites you to an Online Industry Talk with Joe Fang – Managing Director at Universal Music Publishing China.

Join us as Joe sits down with Bob Woolsey, Program Manager of VFS’s Film Production Program, to discuss mapping out one’s own career, how music affects film and video game production, and his continued focus bridging the creative industries of China with the rest of the world.

About Joe Fang

Joe Fang is a cross-cultural senior professional in the creative industry, based in China. A graduate of the VFS Film Production Program, he is currently the Managing Director of China at Universal Music Publishing Group. Joe’s career as a film and TV producer has been extremely varied as he’s worked as a post-production editor, producer, and director on projects ranging from travel television to independent films.
