Join us every Tues & Thurs at 6:30pm for the GAINS! We use the best systems of movement in the game to get you safe and efficient results!

About this event

With the ongoing concern over COVID19, I've been running my Gains Squad Classes Virtually so that I can help MORE PEOPLE achieve GAINS while staying PAIN FREE. I achieve this by focusing on JOINT STRENGTH and MINDFUL MOVEMENT. This is how I run each class:


Warm Up: KINSTRETCH (5min)

  • If you haven't heard about KINSTRETCH, you gotta check out the basics before you begin. It's a great body awareness and control system that's used by some of the top sports leagues in North America. Go check out this playlist of tutorials on my YouTube Channel:

Set 1: Body Weight (10min)

  • This set gets us ready for our Strength & Conditioning set. We do things like Inchworms, Deep Squat Rotations, and Superman's-to-Skydivers (Be there to try this one!)

Set 2: Strength & Conditioning (20min)

  • Get ready to use your Kettlebells/Dumbbells/Makeshift Weights (laundry detergent bottles, water bottles, or rice bags)

Set 3: Animal Flow (20min)

  • Just like KINSTRETCH, if you haven't heard or tried this... you have to come by and FEEL the effects of this one yourself!

Cooldown: KINSTRETCH (5min)

  • We finish each class with a bit more KINSTRETCH to get your body feeling really good before you get on with the rest of your evening/day.

Each of our Virtual Gains Classes uses 2 credits from our credit system. Credits range from $7.20-$12 depending on your package size. Please email or DM @coachjkoo on Instagram for more information.
