Virtual Marketing Talent Day - BC Jobs & BC Tech Association

Every year, we host Talent Day for hundreds of amazingly talented professionals. This year, we are hosting our first ever virtual career fair. And we are super excited about this!

With Virtual Talent Day, you can network and connect with candidates in a friendly and and comfortable video chat format where you can learn about upcoming talent, discuss current opportunities, and review professional Linkedin profiles on the spot. Of course, you can reach out and continue the conversation later.

Event Schedule:

Company setup will start at 12:30PM

Start time: 1pm PST --- End time: 3pm PST

1pm-130pm: Company Intro / Fireside Chat / Event Overview

130pm-3pm: Breakout rooms with candidates

Breakout Sessions:

• 40 candidates cap per breakout room
• List of candidate Linkedin URLs and profile sent to you in advance
• Ability to private Zoom message candidates during session
• Breakout session format:

- Option #1: Q&A Sessions with candidates in comment section

- Option #2: Tell me about yourself (30-60 second intro per candidate)
