THE TOPIC

As a female entrepreneur juggling multiple priorities, do you often find yourself off balance, stressed out and tired to the point of being wired?

You're not alone. Life happens. Business happens. And then stress happens. Sometimes, it can give you the edge you need to push your boundaries, but protracted chronic stress at even a low level – prevalent among women in modern day living and business as worry, irritability and frustration – can leave you tapped out and compromised over the long haul.

Tawnya Ritco, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Director of Education of PURICA.com will be sharing her personal story that will both inspire & educate you. You will leave with

  1. A three-pronged strategy of lifestyle, nutrition and supplementation to help you take control of your health and passion for life.
  2. An understanding of how your body, mind and energy can better respond to the challenges of daily stress, in business and at home;
  3. Practical tips on how you can unlock your ability to adapt and find your personal balance while juggling multiple priorities day-in, day-out.

Last time we got into a great round table discussion and so we are excited for what this event may bring.

Your $35 ticket will include light Appies and a complimentary glass of Prosecco (courtesy of Adesso).

We will have fun name tags so you don't have any awkwardness over names as you meet some friendly new faces.

We will have GREAT door prizes including but not limited to:

  • $50 Gift Card to Adesso Bistro
  • Complimentary Head Shot Session with Julie Bernard Photography.
  • AND MORE

Grab a friend and get your ticket today. This is an event that you will not want to miss out on!
