Join us for VOKRA Walk for the Kitties 2018 - Presented by FirstMate
VOKRA Walk for the Kitties is our largest fundraising event of the year. This 5k fun walk takes place at Jericho Beach and all funds raised go directly towards supporting our rescue efforts.
As a volunteer-driven non-profit, we rely on Walk for the Kitties to raise much needed funds to help us rescue more than 1,400 cats and kittens each year. Our fundraising goal this year is $65,000 and we need your help.

Once you remember you're asking for money for the kitties and not yourself, fundraising is easy! You’re giving your friends, family and co-workers a chance to have massive impact on the lives of cats and kittens from around the Lower Mainland. TOP TIP: Don’t be afraid to send more than one email. Many of your friends and family will want to donate, but often people forget. You’ll be surprised at how effective just one reminder email can be!
Can I bring my dog/cat/friend?
Dogs are more than welcome and it's free for them to attend.
While we love our cats, we think it's best if they stay at home.
