About this event
After a two year mandatory hiatus, our annual Hoobiyee Ts'amiks Edition celebration is back! The Nisga'a community of Ts'amiks are looking for volunteers to help this event run smoothly.
We are looking for people to assist in food preparation for the Welcoming Feast being held March 2, 2023 at the PNE Form.
Date's & Times - Volunteers are needed with a minimum 4 hour commitment.
Thursday, March 1st - Prep - Feast
Shifts: 1-5pm., 5-9pm or 6pm-10pm
Friday, March 2nd - Feast Day (Feast starts @ 5pm)
Shifts: 8am-12pm, 12-5pm, 5pm-10pm
Volunteers will be assisting with cutting meat and vegetables. Volunteers are asked to please come prepared with: a knife, cutting board, and apron. We will provide the time once we have scheduled the location. We ask that you sign up with the intention to commit to a four-hour window.
