Registration & Cancellation Policy

Registrations are accepted at the discretion of Volunteer Toronto. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 48 hours of an event. Registration can be transferred to another member of your organization.

Written notice must be received more than 48 hours prior to the event date in order to receive a refund. Please send your written cancellation via Eventbrite's cancellation service. Registered participants who fail to attend an event will be invoiced for the full fee, due 30 days from the date of the invoice.
