Volunteer Welcome Session - Calgary Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta!! Before volunteers can sign up for a shift they are required to attend a volunteer welcome session. At this session you will learn about who we are and who we help in our local community. There will be information around all the different opportunities available - construction, ReStore, special events and office opportunities to name a few. You will learn how to sign up for shifts, how to cancel a shift and how to track your hours. There will also be a safety orientation as all of our volunteers need to have this before starting work. The session should be an hour and a half with questions. After you attend a welcome session you will be sent a link to register as a volunteer and to start signing up for shifts.
