The 7th Annual Vancouver Tourism Facility Managers Association (VTFMA) Annual General Meeting
Will take place Tuesday January 17th from 11:30am to 1:30pm at the Westin Bayshore Hotel Marine Room.
Appetizers and refreshments will be served. (sponsored by Avid Contracting)
There will be a presentation by Vladimir Kostka from Fortis BC and Miroslav Kristof from IB Consulting & Technologies on the Custom Efficiency Program & creative ways to find Natural Gas savings for your facility.
AGM Proceedings:
- Approval of 2021 AGM Minutes
- Review of VTFMA activities in 2022 and outline of plans for 2023
- Review of 2021 Financial Statement (Balance Sheet) (Profit & loss statement)
- Election of 2023 Board of Directors: We are recruiting 2-3 facility manager members to the board.
- Adjourn AGM
Special remembrance of past Board President Dan Morin
Presentation by Vladimir and Miro
Networking and possible tour of Westin Bayshore Facility.
