Secrets to Aging Well!


What are your health goals as you age? Did you know that exercise has an impact on your brain health? That optimal sleep habits are a pillar of good health? And that strength training improves your balance?

This fall, local health clinics are partnering to provide a series of educational seminars on popular topics of health and wellness related to aging! Learn from a specialist then get your blood flowing and join them on a walk through the beautiful Bronte Village in Oakville.

The walks will be 2km in length along sidewalk and/or gravel pathways and are appropriate for all fitness levels.
