Walk It Off! A Mental Health Awareness Walk

Many of us have been told to just walk it off. Well This time we will!
In support of Mental Health Awareness in May, we will celebrate and support one another through uniting on a walk in one of Toronto's High Park naturesque trails.
Bring a friend and chat, meet a new friend and get to know one another, or, come alone and be one with nature! Either way this will be your contribution to showing your care in supporting and raising the importance of Mental Health in your community.
Throughout the course of this walk we will be supporting and celebrating our coming together in raising awareness, while creating a safe space and community.
FINALLY, donations will be acepted the day of and ALL contributions will be donated to The Canadian Mental Health Association :)
There will be goodies throughout the walk, and NO ONE should be left behind:)
