About this Event
Each Saturday we will be going through dynamic and functional workouts to help keep our bodies strong, mobile, and balanced not only for ski season, for our day to day activities too!
Working with our primary movements and with mostly body weight, we will begin at square one (progressions and regressions offered for each level of fitness) to build the core foundations of our fitness.
Space is limited as we want to ensure we are managing our COVID regulations properly.
