No problem! For real! I always start by focusing on the process of connecting with our beautiful surroundings, the rest is gravy! Creating art, no matter how it turns out, regulates our nervous systems and connects us deeper with ourselves and others! I've got you!

Do I need to bring supplies?

If you have some, that's awesome! I will provide basic paints, brushes, and paper.

Will we be walking or sitting in one place?

So many beautiful vantage points to use as inspo! Some walking and exploring is involved, so dress comfortably and accordingly to the local weather report that day.
