We are starting up meeting again every 1-2 weeks for the next few months.

These meetings will focus on hearing updates from the teams and organizing next steps. Anyone is welcome to attend but this meeting will focus on organizing our various activities. If you are still wondering how to get more involved feel free to come and participate.

One of our main areas of focus for the next few meetings will be on how to create focused clusters of support around groups of hosts and Ukrainian guests that are close together. We will be discussing what organizational framework we should create and the types of support our main group should offer. *See the below diagram to better understand the interconnectivity of a 'cluster of support'. We hope to decentralize as many activities as possible to increase community involvement and build stronger connections for both the Ukrainian guests and host families.

Teams may separate into break-out rooms if there is a need.
