COVID RESTRICTIONS:

We would like to request that all attendees and exhibitors be vaccinated, and wear a mask whenever possible.

COCKTAIL PARTY AND LUNCHES:

Meals will be hosted in the City Club Lounge at the Parkside, catered by Truffles. Please select the number of meals you will be attending on the registration page. A survey of dietary restrictions will be included in your confirmation email. The author speed-dating event has been postponed until future fairs.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

We had a block of rooms reserved until April 29th, which might still be available. The block is of "Deluxe One Bedroom Suites" for $219 a night, reserved for the 13th to 16th.

The parking rate is $12 per day for event attendees, and overnight parking is $17 per night.
