Join us on May 16, 2018 for an evening with Mark Sakamoto, winner of Canada Reads 2018 for his memoir Forgiveness. We are excited to celebrate and socialize with past speakers of We Should Know Each Other, meet old friends and make new ones! Refreshments will be provided!

Mark is the Executive Vice President for Think Research. A lawyer by training, Mark has enjoyed a rich and varied career, having worked at a national music promotion company, a national law firm, the CBC and served as a senior political advisor to a national party leader. He is an entrepreneur and investor in digital health and digital media and has been instrumental in driving the growth of Think Research. In 2014, he authored his first book, Forgiveness: A Gift from My Grandparents, which went on to be a #1 national best seller and has won Canada Reads 2018. In 2008, Mark was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Media Development Corporation and Chair in January 2016.
