Description

Join Conservation Officer Mitch Turcott and learn how to weave a paracord survival bracelet.

Participants will learn what paracord is, how to make a survival bracelet out of paracord and how to use their new accessory in case of emergencies. This parachute cord is a very strong rope and has many practical applications in daily and outdoor life.

Each bracelet will be unique and may be unravelled to be used in a variety of ways case of emergency.

All materials will be provided to make one bracelet (additional materials may be available for purchase during the workshop if you would like to make more than one or give the kit as a gift.)

This is a beginner workshop, no previous weaving experience required.

Are there minimum age requirements to register for workshop?

Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

What should I bring?

Please feel free to wear casual clothing, dress in layers so that you will be as comfortable as possible throughout the workshop. Everything you need to make one bracelet will be supplied.

What's the refund policy?

We are sorry to tell you that registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend for any reason, after you have paid your registration fees, you can transfer your registration to another individual but your money will not be refunded.
