Overview:
Do you sometimes have trouble falling asleep or concentrating on a task because you feel anxious? Though some amount of worry is normal and can even protect us from danger, too much anxiety isn’t healthy. It can affect your work, relationships, health and ability to enjoy life.

• Develop new strategies for managing worry.

Joanne Paquette is a bilingual (French & English) executive with over 25 years’ experience managing Human Resources teams in both the public and private sectors.
In 2012, Joanne completed a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and started her own company as an executive coach. She specializes in emotional intelligence, organizational development, strategic planning, change management and positive work culture transformation.
Joanne is also a facilitator for Morneau Shepell.
