Learn about the different avenues for proving your English or French proficiency for Canadian citizenship purposes. This includes: CELPIP, IELTS, LINC, French Tests, and post-secondary / secondary education.

What do we do at the Language Assessment Referral and Counselling Centre (LARCC)?

We are a test centre for the Canadian Language Benchmark test. We also offer educational counselling and can refer you to a funded English program (LINC), ESL courses, skills training programs and other services!
