This spring Jamie Crump became President of The Richwell Group, a company that provides consulting and coaching services to corporate and certified diversity-owned businesses in the areas of strategic sourcing and procurement strategies, supplier diversity initiatives and optimizing leverage of a diversity certification.

Prior to that Jamie spent 10+ years with United Rentals as Director of Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Diversity. In this role Jamie was responsible for creating the indirect sourcing group and strategy with an annual spend of over $800 million and supporting more than 12,000 employees in over 880 locations. Jamie also built the first supplier diversity program for the company, a program that has received numerous awards and recognition. In addition Jamie has a career of 20+ years in the indirect and supplier diversity space for various industries including banking, technology, pharmaceutical, welding & medical equipment and gases, and telecommunications.
