Finally, a program that specialized in naturally arranged, garden style aesthetic here in Toronto!
In this 7x day professional development program for existing florists, students will acquire the skills and tools to enter into the world of floral design for a retail flower shop or a special events company.
This program is for beginner florists with different levels of experience and covers an extensive range of topics, starting with basic design 101. OR, for designers looking to refresh their skills in weddings and event design.
Topics Covered: Care and Handling, Seasonal flowers and availibilty, Bridal bouquets, Boutonnieres and Corsages, Tabletop decor, hand tied bouquets, flower crowns, vased designs, Installations, editorial designs and includes portfolio worthy photography of all work designed by each student.
All tools, vessels, and floral products are included.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
No ID necessary, aged 18+
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Street parking is available on Sterling Road during daytime hours. Bloom School is a ten minute walk from both Dundas St W and Bloor St W subway stations ont he Bloor line, as well as 8 minutes walk to the Dundas West Streetcar stop ( Dundas W and Sterling Rd)
