About this event
Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO) is celebrated every November, in 144 countries, and at the United Nations. Our global goal is to ignite women leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and future-preneurs to spark start-ups, drive economic expansion and advance communities worldwide. We are thrilled to invite you to join our inaugural Ontario conference on November 18th 2022 in Toronto to be inspired and informed, and help WEDO Ontario reimagine what success means for women during the next chapter of our province’s economy.
Through our theme of Courage to Lead, we will showcase female speakers and panelists, including CEOs, owners of businesses, and powerhouses entrepreneurs, in this fantastic full-day educational event! With the high number of women-led companies in Canada, Ontario has an incredible amount to share, celebrate, and the lessons we take from our past successes will help show our path towards the economic opportunities of the future.
WEDO Canada supports women. As part of that support, we will be awarding scholarships to deserving young female students in Canadian colleges and universities pursuing an education in business or STEM at each of our summits across Canada.
