Weekend Mass Celebration (Nov 21 & 22)
Event Information
About this Event
**PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE REGISTERING FOR MASS**:
NEW: BECAUSE OF THE RED ZONE RESTRICTIONS NOW IN PLACE IN TORONTO: OUR PARISH CAPACITY WILL BE REDUCED TO 50 SPOTS PER MASS AS OF NOV 28, 2020.
- The health and safety of our community is our first and foremost priority. If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 (e.g. cough, fever, headache, nausea, sore/dry throat, etc), we kindly ask you to refrain from visiting the parish until the symptoms clear and you have completed the mandated 14 day self-isolation/quarantine protocol. Please ensure to see a health practitioner for testing if you suspect that you may have the illness.
- When registering for Mass, please reserve ONE TICKET PER PERSON, even if you will be attending as a family. Our parish has a limited capacity and can only accommodate a specific quantity of parishioners at a certain time due to physical distancing guidelines.
- If you will be attending as a couple or family, please fill out the details of each attendee. The names of each parishioner attending our celebrations are required by the Archdiocese under the guidance of public health officials for contact tracing purposes, so please fill out a name, phone number, residential and email addresses for each individual. Please DO NOT simply put the name of one individual for each ticket being reserved as this compromises our contact tracing records and would cause immense difficulty should an outbreak occur.
- Individuals living at the same household address will be able to sit together during the celebration. When registering, please list the names of all those you wish to be seated with so that the Office can reallocate newly available seats to those on the waitlist
- Once available tickets run out and/or when registration closes, you will have the option to obtain priority access on a waitlist. The Parish Office team will review the attendee list and notify you by phone/email as spaces become available.
- Kindly remember to bring a mask and to follow all physical distancing guidelines while visiting the parish. In compliance with the directives of public health authorities, it is now mandatory for all to wear a mask in all public indoor spaces including places of worship. We have designated seating areas for individuals and families to adhere to a 6 foot spacing radius during your visit. Please respect these boundaries and ensure to wash your hands, make use of the hand sanitizer available, and to cough/sneeze into your sleeve.
- PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MIN BEFORE THE MASS BEGINS TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS AMPLE TIME IN ADVANCE OF THE CELEBRATION TO PROCESS YOUR REGISTRATION AND ASSIGN YOU TO A PEW.
- Upon arrival at the parish, you will be greeted by volunteers who are in place to enforce the screening protocol and facilitate the flow of movement within the church. Please follow their instructions as they prepare to assign you to a pew and inform you of the entrance/exit protocol that parishioners must observe upon arriving and leaving the parish.
- Please note that the Holy Water founts will not be available for use as we continue to decrease the spread of the virus between individuals.
Additional information about physical distancing will be given during the announcements at the beginning of each Mass. Please be patient and ensure to respect these guidelines as we progress through these difficult circumstances. Thank you and we look forward to praying with you! If you have any questions, feel free to contact the parish via email at olfatima@rogers.com, or by phone at (416)-757-2806.
